Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will give you full control over your mail accounts and email newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a new email box in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Besides, you can forward electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, set up mail filters, create autoresponders and protect your mailboxes against junk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your email mailboxes against spam mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your email accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email box to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply specify the mailbox account you wish to redirect messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your liking to access your email accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
